The price for a PocketAxe key is $19.95 US. For Canadian customers this is converted (about monthly) to Canadian funds and a small discount is given to partially compensate for taxes. Please note that this key does not work for the Guitar Tools.

We use PayPal to process payments. PayPal is a secure internet payment processing service used by millions of people. You can enter your credit card information for this one-time transaction, like any other credit card transaction, or you can create a PayPal account, a quick and easy process. Many online merchants accept PayPal, so creating an account will save you time and eliminate the need to transmit credit card information on future transactions.

Please download PocketAxe first to ensure that it works properly on your device. Check that you can strum and pluck individual notes. Check that the speed of your strum affects the volume played. Also check that the direction buttons affect the volume played. If the direction buttons don't work, the hardware buttons that load chord banks and shift tones won't work either. If there are any problems, please email us at pocketaxe@pocketaxe.com before you buy. If you have problems with PocketAxe within 30 days of purchasing a key, we will refund your purchase provided you uninstall the program.

When you make a purchase, we will email you a key after PayPal informs us of the payment. If you do not receive a key from us within 48 hours, email us at pocketaxe@pocketaxe.com with all of the details of your purchase.

When you receive a key, run PocketAxe on your device and go to the Options/Register menu item. Enter the key exactly as given. If the key properly matches your Owner Name, PocketAxe will unlock and you will be able to use the File/Open menu to load instruments. Email us at pocketaxe@pocketaxe.com if there are any problems.
